Italian shipyard Wider Yachts is setting a new standard in yacht design by building the latest addition to its fleet, the WiderCat 76.

The luxury catamaran is currently under construction at the Wider Vision Centre in Fano, Italy. This model is ideal for small catamaran customers entering the superyacht segment, with its larger onboard space – the boat width reaches 10.48 meters, which is comparable to the width of a 65 to 70 meter superyacht.

The WiderCat 76 is powered by two FPT engines, an innovative propulsion system enables the yacht to reach a maximum speed of 13 knots, and can be anchored on batteries for up to nine hours without the need to run the engines, ensuring a more sustainable cruising experience without compromising luxury or performance.
