Mangusta Yachts has launched its fifth Mangusta 104 REV, representing the entry-level model in the iconic Mangusta Maxi Open line. According to Mangusta Americas’ President Stefano Arlunno, this is the fourth unit tailored for the American market, underscoring the model’s remarkable success.
The Mangusta 104 REV is a sleek and sporty vessel that upholds the Mangusta legacy while infusing a modern interpretation. This transformation was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the shipyard’s Engineering Department and Lobanov Design.
Constructed using composite materials at the company’s Viareggio facility, this yacht boasts a propulsion system equipped with two Kamewa waterjets paired with two MTU 2600 hp engines. This configuration allows the yacht to effortlessly reach a top speed of 35 knots while ensuring the utmost comfort and eliminating any vibrations. When cruising at 30 knots, the model boasts an impressive range of 320 nautical miles.
The next unit available for sale in this series will be hull number 8, with delivery expected in late November 2024. The Mangusta 104 REV unit #4 and a Mangusta GranSport 33 will be displayed at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival.
Overmarine Group was founded in 1985 by the Balducci family. The shipyard builds open and displacement power superyachts under the Mangusta and Mangusta Oceanco brand names.
