Germany’s HanseYachts is to enlarge its range of blue-water deck saloon sailing yachts later this year with the new Moody DS48.

Like her bigger and smaller sisters, the DS41 and DS54, the new Moody DS48 has a walkaround deck with high bulwarks and rigid guard rails. Her saloon offers a 360-degree outside view.

Like all Moody yachts, the Moody DS48 also allows for one-level living without any step between cockpit and saloon. With her sophisticated concept, she offers the typical Moody “monomaran“ catamaran experience on just one hull – now also in the 48ft class.

The new Moody DS48 will be officially presented in December 2023, the yard says.
