Rosetti Superyachts sells second unit of its RSY 38M EXP series

Rosetti Superyachts has announced that it has sold a second unit of its 37.83-metre Rosetti 38M EXP series. The news comes shortly after the Italian superyacht builder unveiled that it would build the superyacht on speculation and following news of the sale of a 40-metre explorer yacht.

The first unit of the 38M EXP series and the first yacht to have been built by the Rosetti Marino Group and its subsidiary Rosetti Superyachts, Emocean, was on display at the Cannes Yachting Festival. Ermanno Belletini, the Chairman and CEO of Rosetti Superyachts concluded, “By displaying Emocean at the Cannes Yachting Festival, we have attracted the attention of boat owners who are looking for an extremely reliable shipyard. Rosetti Marino Group’s experience in building commercial vessels, strengthened by ongoing investments and all those skills developed and enhanced by converting our experience to pleasure yachting, will allow us to satisfy the requirements of the market niche that believes us to be their best answer.

The 38M EXP series features an exterior design and naval architecture from Hydro Tech and will be constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. At 410 GT, the yacht’s volumes are optimised across her three deck layout. Able to accommodate up to 12 guests across five staterooms, she also features ample deck space including a spacious sun deck with a pool and a swim platform to aft.

Andrea Giora, the shipyard’s Director of Sales & Marketing, remarked, “The owners of this second 38-metre were enchanted by the sturdiness of the boat with its ample volumes and efficient use of space. During the sea trial the silence of the interiors and especially the the sensation of being aboard a sailing boat while relaxing on the balcony of the owner’s suite, were the decisive factors in their choice.”

The superyacht will be available for delivery to her owners in August 2023.
