Positioned between the Hanse 348 and the Hanse 388, the Hanse 360 positions the German shipyard in the competitive 36-foot sailing yacht market. Once again designed by Berret-Racoupeau, this new model is intended for fast family cruising.
Design by Berret Racoupeau
At Cannes, Hanse Yachts presented the new Hanse 410, a newcomer to the 41-foot market. Next year, in 2024, the manufacturer will present the latest addition to its range, the Hanse 360, at the same show. Once again, Hanse is tackling a buoyant 36-foot market. The fourth model in the new range, the Hanse 360 will once again be designed by the Berret-Racoupeau architectural firm.
The lines are classic, with a low roof and large side windows. Light should also be present inside, thanks to the hull windows and deck hatches. The fixed delphinière for gennaker rigging is also present. The new design introduces an elongated, angular superstructure, a voluminous hull with high freeboard and a negative bow.
Good seaworthiness and habitability
The shipyard emphasizes the boat’s excellent seaworthiness, as well as its spacious interior, which ensures a high level of comfort on board. The interior is warm and inviting, offering two or three cabins. The additional cabin is fitted with a double bed, and a second bathroom is also available as an option. Several refrigerator options are available, as is the galley, available in two versions. Plenty of storage space on board.
In the cockpit, a bar with barbecue and sink can be installed as an option, along with additional refrigerators.
The hull features the typical Hanse chines that should bring stability and performance to the Hanse 360. An optional bowsprit extends the sail area for fast cruising.
Easy to handle alone
All maneuvers are brought back to the helm station, facilitating navigation, even single-handed. The two steering wheels positioned aft of the cockpit should free up living space forward in the saloon.
Like the Hanse 410, the Hanse 360 will also be available with electric drive. The advertised range with this type of propulsion is 55 miles. A diesel engine is offered as standard.
