Three new dealers to represent the US builder in Florida, California and Maine

Fluid Motion, builder of the Ranger Tugs, Cutwater and Solara boat brands, is expanding its dealer network with the appointment of three new Solara dealers in the US – Motoport USA in Florida, Boat Specialists in California, and South Port Marine in Maine.

“It is exciting to be bringing new dealers in key markets into our Solara dealer network,” says Jeff Messmer, VP of sales and marketing at Fluid Motion. “We are confident these three exceptional dealers will be able to service Solara customers with the same care and attention that we at the factory specialise in.”

Located in Miami, Florida, Motoport USA is a full-line dealership with sales, parts and accessories, and a service department for all their customers’ needs. The company carries new and pre-owned Yamaha, Suzuki and Sea-Doo, motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, watercraft, sports boats, e-bikes, and generators and now the new Solara line of powerboats.

Boat Specialists, based in Ventura, California, offers inflatable boats, outboard motors, pontoon boats, fiberglass boats, trailers, and more. The company has been family owned & operated since it was founded in 1976. A second Northern California location in Richmond opened in 2019.

Located on Casco Bay in Portland, Maine, South Port Marine is a full-service marina with over 170 wet slips that can accommodate yachts up to 150ft with drafts of up to 8ft at MLW. The company offers year-round marina storage options, both wet and dry, as well as indoor boat storage. In addition to the marina South Port Marine has an experienced service department and sells multiple different brands of boats, outboard motors, and marine trailers.

The Solara model line-up includes several trailerable sport, cruising, and fishing designs that feature versatile layouts perfect for South Florida (Motoport), California (Boat Specialists) and Southern Maine (South Port Marine).
