When Swedish electric yacht X Shore first launched the smaller and more accessible X Shore 1 after its flagship Eelex 8000, the move proved to be an effective way to bring electric yachts to more people. Now, the company is building a new X Shore 1 Bowrider model on the same platform.

X Shore is expanding its range of yachts with the new X Shore 1 Bowrider. It will join the existing X Shore 1 models (open and hardtop), as well as the company’s flagship Eelex 800 yacht and X Shore Pro workboat, which launched in 2022 and offer the market an electric option priced closer to fossil fuel yachts.

The 6.5-meter (21-foot) yacht was built at the company’s Swedish factory using advanced materials, including fiberglass and carbon fiber. On the technical side, the X Shore 1 Bowrider integrates Garmin Electronics technology to connect with the X Shore app and Garmin smartwatch, as well as a 19-inch cockpit display to obtain accurate real-time data on navigation, depth and temperature.
