The dock also served as a base for American games developer Gabe Newell\u2019s \u00a380m yacht&nbsp;<em>Rocinante<\/em>, during a nine-day tour along Scotland\u2019s west coast.&nbsp;<em>Lady M<\/em>, owned by Alexei Mordashov, also utilised the dock during a visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The marina manager reveals ongoing plans to revitalise the site, aiming to attract a greater number of vessels, according to reports from the&nbsp;<em>Mail on Sunday<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transformation involves the construction of a new facility to serve as a transit point for owners desiring to explore the Scottish mainland while their vessels undergo replenishment.
