The latter has been developed in collaboration with energy technology company Danfoss to optimise energy production and consumption, in addition to reducing fuel use and emissions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boatshowchina.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-80-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17202\" style=\"width:600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.boatshowchina.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-80-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.boatshowchina.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-80-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.boatshowchina.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-80-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/www.boatshowchina.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-80-1536x864.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.boatshowchina.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-80-1568x882.png 1568w, https:\/\/www.boatshowchina.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-80.png 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>As such, energy can be generated when under sail and stored for later use on electric propulsion and onboard systems \u2013 avoiding generator use at anchor.&nbsp;<em>Raijin&nbsp;<\/em>is also equipped with a main electric motor with a variable-pitch propeller, two 130 kW Cummins generators and a 30 kW Fisher Panda generator, which will be capable of generating up to 30\u201350 kW of power while sailing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe consider the Swan 128 the ultimate expression of our evolution,\u201d said Giovanni Pomati, CEO of Nautor Swan. \u201cShe combines the purity of our design lines with comfortable interiors and a wide use of advanced technologies. The styling for the series can be credited to Lucio Micheletti at\u00a0Micheletti + Partners, who curated the sailing yacht&#8217;s design to be slender, light and functional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Misa Poggi\u00a0returns for the interiors of hull two, alongside Antonie Bertherat and Heini Gustafsson of the shipyard\u2019s interior team. While\u00a0<em>BeCool\u00a0<\/em>favoured teak interior styling,\u00a0<em>Raijin<\/em>&#8216;s design focuses on a &#8220;refined&#8221; palette centred around crown-cut oak with a matte finish. A double rudder system and a generous sail plan ensure responsiveness and easy handling.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Raijin<\/em>&nbsp;will put her hull to the test in &#8220;just a few weeks&#8221;, according to the yard, when she will sail to the Mediterranean. The new build is scheduled to make her debut at the Rolex Swan Cup in Porto Cervo in September.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to\u00a0BOATPro,\u00a0<em>Raijin<\/em>\u00a0is now the fourth-largest in the yard&#8217;s fleet.
