Construction began in 2022, according to\u00a0BOATPro, with\u00a0<em>Virtuosity<\/em>&#8216;s delivery slated for this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;With this yacht, we chose to rethink onboard architecture from its very foundations,\u201d said Tommaso Vincenzi, CEO of Sanlorenzo. &#8220;74Steel\u00a0<em>Virtuosity<\/em>\u00a0represents a decisive step forward in the way we conceive space on board. From the integration of living nature to the transformation of technical volumes into experiential environments, every choice stems from a clear architectural vision. The yard explained that the tree has been carefully selected for its botanical criteria and was chosen even before the first structural block was assembled. Two lateral skylights at floor level channel natural light downward to assist the plant&#8217;s growth as well as the onboard atmosphere, resulting in a controlled micro ecosystem for the tree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main saloon curves around the tree, with lounge seating and a bar area forward, while a triple-height lobby with a dark lacquered aluminium staircase and lift, and a custom wine cellar are situated amidships. Two further guest cabins are also found on this deck, with the captain&#8217;s cabin positioned adjacent to the wheelhouse. Total guest accommodation is for up to 16, with a crew of up to 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Above, the dedicated owner&#8217;s deck is home to the second owner&#8217;s suite (approximately 140 square metres inside and out), a cinema lounge aft and a &#8220;reflecting&#8221; glass-bottomed pool overlooking the bow. The forward space has been developed as a multifunctional platform with removable seating and a sensory shower. Here, fold-down platforms and a walk-around layout expand the area over the sea, bathed in light from the large glass-bottomed pool of the aft deck above. A DJ booth transforms the daytime water lounge (with its array of water toys) into a club space at night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forward of this, an aquarium lies within the wellness area, which itself is home to a hammam, sauna, massage room, cryotherapy, posarium and an opening terrace. Key specs include a 13.1-metre beam and a 3.8-metre draught. Alongside her one-metre longer LOA,\u00a0<em>Virtuosity\u00a0<\/em>features an interior volume of 1,950GT &#8211; 50GT larger than that of\u00a0<em>Silver Fox,\u00a0<\/em>making her the largest yacht built by the Italian shipyard to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith the 74Steel\u00a0<em>Virtuosity<\/em>\u00a0we embraced a true change of scale, but above all a change of perspective,\u201d explained Bernardo Zuccon, co-founder of Zuccon International Project. \u201cIt was not simply about designing the largest yacht ever built by Sanlorenzo, but about interpreting a very precise vision of the owner and translating it into naval architecture. Driven by an uncompromising commitment to innovation, the 74Steel reflects our belief that a yacht can transcend function and become something more experiential and more human.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Virtuosity&nbsp;<\/em>is expected to reach top speeds of 15 knots, cruising speeds of 12 knots and a range of 6,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to\u00a0BOATPro, Sanlorenzo has 77 yachts currently under development.
