Turkish builder VisionF Yachts has announced that the first unit in its “ultramodern” flagship VisionF 101 catamaran series has successfully completed its first sea trials.<\/p>\n\n\n

According to the shipyard, the 30.7-metre, which was launched in November 2025, reached speeds exceeding 20 knots with all onboard systems operating smoothly and reliably despite demanding Sea State 4 conditions. The new build will now undergo final works over the next two months, with delivery to her owner scheduled shortly after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flagship has been built to RINA Commercial Class Standards and is characterised by a plumb bow, curved glass and a low-profile superstructure. Though she is mainly an aluminium build, the VisionF 101 also features a custom-built carbon fibre hardtop to reduce weight while enhancing structural performance.<\/p>\n\n\n

“The [model] is for a Mediterranean boat capable of both ambitious crossings between cruising grounds, and long holidays involving coastal hops between harbours and anchorages,” a spokesperson for the shipyard said at her launch. “She could easily manage Capri to Porto Cervo in a day, for example, or Messina to Corfu.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation is across three crew cabins, four guest cabins and a 30-square-metre owner’s cabin that fills half the starboard hull. The latter comprises a main bedroom, a 6.5-metre dressing room and a spacious en suite. Interiors are “refined and modern”, incorporating soft lighting and neutral tones of brown, white and grey.<\/p>\n\n\n

Floor-to-ceiling windows and lateral-opening balconies provide airy, light-filled living spaces, notably in the 103 square-metre main saloon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 132-square-metre flybridge is the model highlight, partially sheltered by the hardtop and arranged with a Jacuzzi, sit-up bar, sun loungers and sofa seating. The foredeck also features a cinema entertainment system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“With its elegant lines and expansive living spaces, this exceptional catamaran is like a floating mansion, delivering outstanding manoeuvrability not only on the open sea but also in shallow waters and nearshore areas,” continued the spokesperson for the yard.<\/p>\n\n\n

The yacht is powered by a high-power drivetrain that draws on four Volvo Penta D13 IPS 1350. Based on data obtained during the sea trials, the flagship catamaran demonstrated a range of over 4,000 nautical miles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Turkish yard recently celebrated the delivery of its second fully-electric catamaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
