A further \u20ac3,000,000 price drop has been announced on the 53.3-metre\u00a0Damen Yachting\u00a0support vessel\u00a0Five Oceans,\u00a0listed for sale with Rob Dolling of\u00a0Verpeka Dolling. This announcement comes less than a month after a previous reduction of \u20ac3,000,000 was made in February.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

Delivered in September 2024,\u00a0Five Oceans\u00a0is from Damen Yachting’s YS 53 series \u2013 an evolution of the\u00a0YS 5009\u00a0originally based on Damen’s commercial platforms \u2013 built in steel and aluminium to a complete design from the Dutch yard.<\/p>\n\n\n

The broker noted that the 53.3-metre was “optioned with a high level of custom details and outfitting”, alongside a deck inventory and owner supplies onboard included at an expense of more than \u20ac5,000,000, resulting in “the finest YS platform that the yard has delivered to date”.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

This new price drop brings the total reductions to\u00a0Five Ocean’s sales listing to \u20ac8,000,000 since she first entered the brokerage market in October 2024. According to her broker, the vessel is now asking the same price as a brand new YS model, but benefits from extensive upgrades and additions and lies in “turn key” condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
