We offer the following options to suit your company's needs.
Option 1: Space Only
- Indoor space: Minimum 27 sq m
- Outdoor space: Minimum 50 sq m
Price includes exhibition space, free invitations cards for exhibitors to invite key customers and listing in the Show Updates and Show Catalogue.
Option 2: Shell Scheme Package
Price includes exhibition space, bilingual (Chinese and English) display of company's name on the fascia board, one electric socket, two spotlights, two folding chairs, one information table, one waste paper basket, and daily stand cleaning PLUS all the services listed in Option 1.
Outline of Exhibiting Regulation: (A complete set of regulations is attached to the formal contract)
- Stand allocation is based on sequence of contract signing and deposit payment, first signed and paid gets confirmation of the stand;
- Exhibitor is not allowed to transfer their stand;
- Promotion and decoration should only be executed within the stand;
- Exhibits must be accordant with category signed in the contract or the official exhibits profile;
- Exhibitors must obey the onsite regulations by the show venue and organizer;
- Exhibitors are not allowed to display their own sponsor brand(s) that is competitive to the show's official sponsor(s).
